  I went to get my dreads maintained recently. I had most terrible experience with Paula. My dreads were coming apart and was getting messy right after two day of maintenance so I asked her to re-do my dread. After getting maintenance for second time I felt the same quality. I could see my hair wasn’t tidy enough so I asked her for refund for the service provided and she blatantly refused and asked me to prove if it could be any more tidier than what it is in pics. She told me my hair looks fine. The photo was taken at her place just finished her job. It looks obviously messy and isn’t the way. I should have looked at the reviews, which are clearly quite old now. Watch out if you are getting your precious dreads with emotions in her hands. They mean a lot to me and were dealt quite carelessly.

  Have been seeing Paula ever since she created my dreads back in 2019. Love how easy she is to chat to, quick and does such a great job. My dreads are my pride and joy, its been pretty cool sharing my dread journey with her

  Hey Guys, I have been seeing Paula from the beginning of my deadlock journey approximately 3 to 3 1/2 years, I have always found Paula to be great to talk to and always great at what she does DREADS. I have and still do recommend her to anybody who is interested in getting dreads. I can't say anymore than that, keep up the good work Paula. I'll be back in about 6 weeks for my next maintenance appointment Manfred. .

  Beware of this dodgy hairdresser, comes across as a nice person but she is not . Work is not up to a tradesperson standard . Beware people

  Paula is kind and passionate about dreadlocks would not go any where else..hair braiding is very neat we spent the whole day at her beautiful studio worth the visit
